Working people will undoubtedly access a more incredible drive and perform better work due to having an extended weekend or an additional day off to work towards themselves. People prefer to work for a company that values their time and does not overload them with work. Altogether, four-day work days would increase employee productivity and engagement and make the employees happier, which benefits the organization they work for.
